The Business School of LIUC always seeks to strengthen its ties with the world of businesses, professionals linked to them, and public administrations appointed to foster the development of the territory.
Its strategic objective is to train professionals in a managerial environment, able to face the challenges of an ever-changing and complex world, contributing to the spread of corporate culture, a strategic lever for the sustainable development of organisations.
To pursue this goal, the University is constantly looking for a “healthy contamination” between the academic and the professional worlds, through the exchange of methodologies, tools and best practices, thanks to a Faculty composed not only of professors from the academic world, but also accredited professionals, able to bring together expertise and “know-how”.
The Business School works together with the decision makers of the different organisations, with an approach that is able to identify the training needs aimed at fostering innovation and the creation of professionalism for the future.
The training courses are “tailor-made” and are aimed mainly at entrepreneurs, managers, professionals and officials within public administration.
A strong focus on the innovation of teaching methods has resulted in an increase in the effectiveness of training activities and the creation of real experiential training workshops (Lean Organisation, application of digital technologies, 3D printing, analysis of business models …).
In addition, the Business School serves as a point of reference for companies in the identification of the most appropriate channels and instruments most opportune for obtaining finance (European, regional, inter-professional Funds …) useful to promote investment in training and to support organisations in the operational management of these resources.
