Exchange programme

The Exchange Programme allows you to spend a semester studying outside Europe at one of our partner universities.

Participation

The invitation for applications is open to students enrolled in the second year of the bachelor’s degree courses in Business Administration, in Management Engineering, in the third year of the master’s degree course in Law as well as to all students of the master’s degree courses in Business Administration and in Management Engineering.

Interested students should complete the CALL FOR INTEREST online.

The first selection, which normally takes place in October, provides a choice of all destinations offered for Exchange+ programmes in the 1st and 2nd semester of the academic year to which the application invitation refers.

In the case of remaining destinations, the International Relations Commission will consider whether to make a second selection exclusively for departures in the second semester of the same academic year.

Information Sessions

During the opening period for applications, you can attend meetings held according to a special calendar to receive information about our various partner universities.

Selection

Language tests

A good knowledge of the language of study used in the university chosen as the destination is an essential prerequisite for mobility. In order for us to assess your language level, during the opening period for applications you will have to take a language test for the language indicated as your preference, or present one or more language certifications already obtained and still valid at the time of your application (more details in the application documentation).

Recognition of examinations taken in Exchange

Prior to departure, the study plan with the list of courses that, if successfully passed, will be recognised on return, is established and approved by the Board of the School concerned.

Mobility grant

Grants are available for Exchange students and are announced by the Office for the Right to Study.
