Biographical Notes
Emanuele Strada is engaged in consulting, encompassing both operational and academic research perspectives. He focuses primarily on organizational and information management systems. He has managed numerous projects involving business reorganization, business refocusing, portfolio and alliance management, as well as providing support in business planning and start-ups. He serves as a member on various executive or strategic committees for his clients.
Emanuele Strada is a Senior Lecturer at the University Carlo Cattaneo - LIUC and teaches several courses in the Schools of Engineering and Economics.
Currently, he holds the position of Project Manager at the Learning Teaching Hub of the University LIUC, where he focuses on educational innovation and contributes to the design and development of new teaching approaches supported by technology, under the supervision of the Delegate of the Rector for Teaching.
Emanuele Strada is also a member of the Core Faculty at the LIUC Business School, where he is involved in teaching activities for the Master's programs and corporate training. He is also engaged in research and consulting projects in organizational strategy and innovation.
In the past, he has been part of several consulting firms (such as Ernst&Young, Capgemini, etc.), holding various roles ranging from consultant to director.
