Andrea Urbinati is Assistant Professor of Strategy & Business Design at the School of Industrial Engineering of LIUC Università Cattaneo, Italy.

His research interests are in the fields of circular economy, business model design, and digital technologies.
Academic CV
He is Deputy Director of the Green Transition Hub of LIUC Università Cattaneo and Member of the Core Faculty of LIUC Business School, the School of Management of LIUC Università Cattaneo. Andrea holds a Ph.D. in Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Italy. He is also Member of the Extended Faculty of POLIMI-GSOM, the Graduate School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, where he teaches in MBA, Executive MBA, Flex EMBA, and Specializing Master programs. Andrea has more than seventy publications, as papers on international journals, such as Business Strategy & the Environment, Resources, Conservation & Recycling, Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal of Production Research, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Corporate Social Responsibility & Environmental Management, and Technovation, as well as book chapters, national and international conferences. Andrea is Associate Editor of several international scientific journals, such as, (i) Circular Economy and Sustainability, (ii) International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management, (iii) Journal of Circular Economy, and Reviewer Editor on the Editorial Board of Frontiers in Sustainability journal (specialty section on Circular Economy). He is also an Ordinary Member of the International Society for Circular Economy (IS4CE).
