Andrea Martone
Graduated in Business Economics at Bocconi University, he is associate professor of Organization and Information Systems at LIUC-Cattaneo University, MIB professor at IESEG (Grand Ecole of the Catholic University of Lille - France) and scientific coordinator of the Beratung Weiterbildung Institut of Lugano
Until 2020 he was adjunct professor of business organization at SUPSI Professional University of Italian Switzerland (CH) and Director of the University Master's Degree "Human Capital Management".
He taught at the Bicocca University of Milan and at the University of Brescia, Faculty of Engineering and Business Economics.
He boasts significant professional experience: as worldwide Human Resource Director at IED (European Institute of Design), Partner of Labser (management consultancy) and Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC).
He is a member of the editorial board of the scientific journal "Sviluppo e Organizzazione" and Member of the International Advisory / Editorial body of "International journal of interdisciplinary innovative research & development".
He edited "HCM-online", the online quarterly magazine of human resources management and "Hamlet" (Edizioni Sole 24 Ore).
Scientific Areas of Interest
He carries out research in the field of strategy, corporate organization and business internationalisation: growth models, structure design, people management and project management.
