Scientific Areas of Interest
His research areas concern Operations and Supply Chain Management, with a particular focus on Lean Management and Process Improvement in both industrial and service enterprises. A second stream of research concerns the digitisation of manufacturing processes and the impact of Industry 4.0 technologies on business processes.
Academic CV
Full Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management. He teaches at LIUC Cattaneo University and Bocconi University.
He was Dean of LIUC Business School from 2017 to 2023. He is Visiting Professor at IESEG Business School.
He was Director of the Operations & Technology Management Unit at Sda Bocconi from 2013 to 2016. He taught in EMBA, Evening EMBA, part time EMBA programmes of Sda Bocconi School of Management. He was editor for SDA Bocconi of the international case collection ECCH - The Case Centre from 2011 to 2015.
