Biographical Notes
He is full professor of tax law (courses of Tax law and Tax law of international groups).
He is a lawyer, registered also on the Special Register of Court of Cassation lawyers. He is partner of an important tax law firm in Milan.
He is a member of the of the scientific committee of prestigious academic tax journals (“Rassegna Tributaria”, “Rivista di Diritto Tributario”, “Rivista Telematica di Diritto tributario”, “Corriere Tributario”) and editorial series (“L’Ordinamento tributario Italiano”).
Since 1986 he has published three books, numerous articles in academic journals and sector magazines, essays in collective works, encyclopaedic entries and case notes covering mainly issues of corporate tax, company reorganisations and tax avoidance.

Business income, company reorganisations, tax avoidance, taxation of IAS/IFRS companies, taxation of non profit organizations.
Academic CV
In LIUC he was associate professor of tax law from 1999 to 2005 and then full professor of the Faculty of Law and of the Faculty of Economics.
He was Dean of the Law School from 2012 to 2015.
He was Director of the Master in Economics and Corporate law, organized by LIUC, from 2001 to 2005.
