Biographical Notes
Francesco Bollazzi was born in Busto Arsizio on May 3rd 1976, married with one daughter.
After compulsory education, he attended Blaise Pascal scientific High School in Busto Arsizio, where he graduated in 1995.
Scientific Areas of Interest
The main scientific areas of interest are:
1. private capital market (private equity, venture capital and private debt), with special reference to market dynamics and the role of private equity in corporate development, change and restructuring processes
2. corporate valuation and M&A transactions
3. business planning to support business start-up and as a tool in phases of discontinuity
4. private banking: strategy, business model and market dynamics
5. gender equality and finance: the relationship between women and finance in everyday life and in the financial industry
