Born in Milan, she lives in Milan. She graduated in Political Science cum laude at the Catholic University of Milan.

Academic CV
After graduation and an activity as a scholar of the subject of Public Law at the Bocconi University in Milan, she won a competition as researcher in Administrative Law at the Catholic University of Milan. Later she taught Administration Science at the Catholic University of Brescia and Social Legislation at the University of Verona. Since 2000, after winning the competition for associate professor, she taught Administration Science at the Catholic University of Milan (up to 2020), and various subjects at the Carlo Cattaneo University of Castellanza as tenured professor. More precisaly, she taught in the School of Law: Constitutional Law, Law administration, Administrative Justice. Currently she teaches in the School of Economics: Public law, Environmental and social governance, Finance law: Authorities, Banks, Markets in the School of Economics. He has achieved both the suitability and the qualification as Full Professor.
