Goals
Train industrial engineers who can design and implement new technology-enabled business models for consulting, manufacturing and service companies, and join digital innovation teams.
Teaching
The course consists of three modules:
- Principles and Models of Digital Transformation (students learn methods of organisational design ‘as-a-service’ including Design Thinking);
- Business Process Transformation (students understand how business processes change under the impetus of Big Data, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence);
- Digital Transformation Projects: Methods and Cases (learning how the consultancy approach enables the management of digital transformation, including through classroom discussion of numerous company testimonials).
Access
Classes for the Master’s Degree program are supposed to be taken in-person. However, students are allowed to live stream the lectures (therefore without active participation) on MS Teams.
Professional Profiles
Graduates will be able to integrate effectively – as digital project managers or digital transformation experts – into teams dedicated to digital innovation projects, both in manufacturing and service companies, as well as in all major consulting firms.

In order to enrol in the master’s degree in Industrial engineering, an evaluation of your academic career path is required.
