Management and Entrepreneurship


The degree programme in Management and Entrepreneurship offers participants the opportunity to develop technical and methodological knowledge and skills in all functional areas of the company, acquiring sensitivity to innovation and entrepreneurship.

Characterised by a high degree of interdisciplinarity, the course of study aims to train professionals capable of understanding, interpreting and managing the changes taking place in the current national and international competitive environment and creating responsible leaders for entrepreneurial and innovative initiatives.

Objectives

  • Offer a comprehensive multidisciplinary preparation necessary to understand the economic, financial, social and legal phenomena affecting the management of companies operating, nationally and internationally, in a wide variety of business sectors;
  • Develop a broad knowledge of the issues of corporate leadership, management and organisation from a general management perspective;
  • Acquire the ability to recognise market opportunities, conditions and resources necessary for the birth and development of an entrepreneurial initiative.

Didactics

The course is characterised by interactive teaching, based on a constant integration of classroom lessons, company testimonials and in-company workshops. The learning-by-doing approach enables students to gain awareness of their actions by putting the concepts studied into practice. The course consists of four modules:

  • Budgetary analysis
  • Economics of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
  • Entrepreneurship Training
  • Family Business Management & Organisation

Job Profiles

The degree programme offers students  the possibility of both pursuing a managerial career, oriented towards innovation, within existing companies and organisations, and starting a new entrepreneurial venture.
