Concurrent registration for two higher education courses

In order to encourage interdisciplinary training, starting from Academic Year 2022/2023, Italian law provides for the possibility of simultaneously enrolling in two higher education courses.

For more information:

Registration is subject to fulfilment of the admission requirements and compliance with the number of applicants.

Prior to enrolment, it is always necessary to check one’s eligibility in accordance with the terms of the degree course.

It is also possible to request a prior evaluation of the course to find out about probable credit validations by writing to trasferimenti@liuc.it and submitting an enrolment declaration with the complete study plan ( exams passed and not, grades if any, CFUs and SSDs).Should the teaching committee so request, students will also be required to submit the syllabi of the courses they are going to take at the other university. This type of evaluation requires the payment of secretarial fees. Students already enrolled are exempt from paying this fee.

Please note that if a student decides to change their study plan for one of the two active careers or the course syllabi are amended, the assessment may be subject to change.

The admitted student enrols in accordance with the procedures laid down by the degree course and undertakes to give notice of the dual registration within 20 days of the date of the second enrolment by sending the declaration of dual registration duly completed and signed by hand to segreteriastudenti@liuc.it.

Students must also undertake to notify the Student Secretariat in good time of any career closures or transfers.

Recognition of activities supported in the other university

From 30 September to 30 November of each year, students enrolled at two universities may request recognition of work done at their other university by submitting an application via email to segreteriastudenti@liuc.it.
