The Green Supply Chain Labs project, created in collaboration with SCS Consulting, aims to help companies make the transition to a sustainable supply chain in line with modern market needs and sustainability objectives. The initiative is part of a global context in which Green Logistics and Supply Chain Management play a crucial role in reducing the environmental impact of logistics activities.

Objectives

The objective of the project is to accompany companies on a transformation path towards a greener and more competitive supply chain, adapted to the specific needs of each reality, through a structured, rigorous and pragmatic approach divided into the following phases

QUICK ASSESSMENT: moments of sharing to understand objectives, priorities, potentials and obstacles in order to build a targeted path.

GREEN LAB: workshops to ‘evangelise’ and compare current trends, existing innovative solutions and those that can be activated in line with the company’s sustainability objectives.

GAP ANALYSIS: analysis and joint definition of priority areas for action and measures to be introduced in the green supply chain

ROADMAP: Co-construction of a sustainable transformation plan that includes the main actions identified as priorities.
